Precise matching: ARBUEO selects models based on three core parameters.
ARBUEO injection molding machines' core advantages lie in clamping precision, energy efficiency, and intelligent control. When selecting a machine, it's crucial to consider these three core parameters and verify them against product requirements to avoid over-specifying or wasting energy-saving potential.
Clamping force is critical for resisting injection pressure and preventing material overflow. ARBUEO's dynamic energy-saving hydraulic system optimizes clamping energy consumption, eliminating the need for excessive tonnage. The calculation formula is: Required clamping force (Ton) ≈ Product + runner projected area (cm²) × cavity pressure (bar) ÷ 1000.Cavity pressure should be adjusted according to the material: 300-400 bar for easily flowing materials like PP/PE, 400-500 bar for general-purpose ABS, and 500-700 bar for difficult-to-flow materials like PC/PMMA. After calculation, a 10%-20% safety margin should be added to match the appropriate ARBUEO model. For example, if the calculated value is 225 tons, an ARBUEO 250-280 ton model can be selected. Its clamping structure is robust, and the energy-saving system further reduces unnecessary energy consumption.
Follow the principle that "the total injection weight (product + runner) falls within the optimal range of 30%-70% of the ARBUEO machine's maximum injection capacity." Below 20% can lead to material degradation, while above 80% affects injection stability. ARBUEO screws offer strong adaptability; small-diameter screws are suitable for thin-walled, high-precision products, ensuring high-pressure injection requirements; large-diameter screws have a faster plasticizing rate, suitable for thick-walled, large-volume product production, and combined with its energy-saving system, can further reduce the cost per unit.
For high-viscosity and thin-walled products, the ARBUEO closed-loop servo control system can be utilized, offering a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm and precise control of injection pressure and speed. For applications requiring high-speed injection (≥200mm/s), such as thin-walled packaging, the Mars series can quickly respond to filling demands, preventing premature material cooling. For optical and thick-walled parts, the AI intelligent tuning system can optimize low-speed injection parameters to prevent jetting and air entrapment. This system automatically adjusts pressure and temperature parameters, keeping the reject rate below 0.5%.
