Free Debugging and Performance Testing
Free Debugging
Customers send raw materials and molds, and the factory provides free machine and mold debugging services to test the molding accuracy and production efficiency of the injection molding machine.
Performance Testing
A debugging and testing report (including debugging process, finished product size parameters, etc.) will be provided, along with production videos, allowing customers to visually see the production results.
Service Commitment:Sample production cycle ≤ 3 working days (from the date raw materials and molds arrive at the factory), and remote video viewing of the sampling process is supported.
Transparent Pricing and Cost Calculation
The quotation includes details such as equipment price, parts costs, sea/air freight costs, and customs duties, with no hidden charges.
We calculate the return on investment period for the equipment for the customer. For example, based on a daily production capacity of 50,000 pieces, the energy consumption cost is 15% lower than similar equipment, and the estimated payback period is 10 months.

On-site Visit
